ㅤMultifunctional shopping centers must meet the requirements of the code of rules SP 306.1325800.2017 and
SP 255.1325800 . Compliance with these regulations will allow you to operate the building without consequences.
The survey of the shopping center is performed by our company in a comprehensive manner. This allows the owner of an object to get a detailed report on the condition of the object, on the detected defects, cracks and deformations of structures, on the causes of changes in the object's characteristics, as well as possible options for restoring the properties of individual structural elements and improving the reliability and stability of the building as a whole. This set of measures will allow the rightholder to recover damages from those responsible for violating the building's characteristics, as well as assess the consequences of alterations, reconstructions and similar actions in relation to the object. This report will also serve as the basis for applying to the court for restoration of violated rights.
Our company's experts survey commercial buildings in three stages:
- documentary data collection and analysis. This stage allows to get all available information about the construction of the object, changing its characteristics during operation and the materials of the main structures of the building, which later will allow you to have an overall picture of the state of the object and reasons for change design features;
- visual inspection of the building. This stage makes it possible to fix individual structural elements of the building, perform a visual inspection for the presence (absence) of significant and critical defects, deformations and other changes in the characteristics of building structures;
- instrumental measurement. This stage is necessary for a detailed determination of the properties of individual building elements, including concrete, reinforced concrete, metal, stone and other building materials used in the construction of this object, as well as to obtain accurate data on the spans, aisles, dimensions of openings and cross sections, the height of rooms and marks of the characteristic (turning) nodes of the building and rooms in it.
After a comprehensive inspection of the building, a report is drawn up and the necessary calculations are made. At this stage, specialists analyze all the information received about the object and make a detailed plan of this shopping center, indicating all the identified deviations.
Such a comprehensive report will be the best tool for settling disputes, starting construction and installation work, and calculating losses when performing these restoration measures.
