Many apartment buildings are remnants of the Soviet Union and their engineering infrastructure has not been changed or repaired for years. In this regard, the survey in the housing and utilities sector is one of the most relevant areas. This method allows you to determine the state of engineering networks, identify inconsistencies between the actual networks of the project documentation and the current standards, and determine ways to solve the problems that have occurred in order to restore the efficiency of systems.
