ㅤMost production facilities were built several decades ago and have hardly been reconstructed, so this type of work, such as the survey of production buildings, is relevant in our region. It is the inspection of the object that will reveal the presence of defects, their causes and establish possible ways to eliminate deformations.
Our organization conducts a survey of industrial buildings:
- with increasing natural and man-made impacts;
- in order to determine the need for repairs or reconstruction;
- when evaluating a building, for the purpose of insuring the organization;
- after an accident, natural disaster or fire;
- to assess the condition of building structures when changing ownership of an item;
- in order to identify defects, hidden damages and other violations affecting the reliability of the main structures of the building;
- on the orders of the judicial authorities;
- due to changes in production technologies;
- at the end of operational terms.
Our specialists prepare survey reports and corresponding calculations taking into account the regulatory framework in force in the country. We are confident in the quality of our work, because we use all methods of producing estimates:
- visual-inspection of the exterior of the building, its structural elements and compliance with the technical documentation available on this site;
- detailed-individual parts of structures are subject to inspection, using ultrasonic, electromagnetic, radiometric, neutron, electro-optical methods, plastic deformation methods, pneumatic, acoustic and other instrumental and physical-chemical methods;
- cameral – production of calculations, projects, drawings and compilation of a summary report.
ㅤOften, the survey does not take into account the norms of snow load on the roof, established by SP 20.13330.2016, which leads to the ineffectiveness of the survey. Our specialists can confidently state that most of the production facilities for which the survey reports were prepared do not meet the established standards and have low load-bearing capacity. These calculations allow us to take timely measures to restore the stability of the building and prevent roof deformation or collapse.
Determining the physical deterioration of a building is an important element in carrying out repair and restoration work. The report compiled during the survey allows you to obtain a comprehensive assessment of building structures, individual elements, premises and buildings as a whole, calculate the cost of construction and installation work, identify defects and determine the reasons for the reduction and loss of load-bearing capacity of individual elements.
The primary objective of this survey is a comprehensive inspection of the building and individual parts. Such a report will give a complete picture of the condition of the object, which will then become the basis for preventing the destruction of the building, its timely restoration and will help to avoid death and injury to the health of citizens who use such an object.
